Wedding Workout
A 10 Week workout program consisiting of 2 sessions per week
to help you look and feel great on your big day.
Summer Beach Body
3 sessions a week for 4 weeks to tone up those bits that will be
on show on the beach.
Ski Fitness
Prevent those aches and pains by getting a head start with twelve
sessions over six weeks so you will be ready for all the off piste
skiing.
Train to Win
Reach the peak of your performance with our eight week
sports specific training programme.
